The corporation is a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida and is organized and operated exclusively for the following purposes:
1. To develop a community designed for safe, beautiful and harmonious living.
2. To promote the collective and individual property and civic interests and rights of all persons owning property in the residential subdivision of Kell-Aire Gardens.
3. To urge the appropriate parties to maintain the various properties within the subdivision in ways to retain, enhance or improve the attractiveness and beauty of the subdivision.
4. To aid and cooperate with the residents and owners of all property in Kell-Aire Gardens in the enforcement of such conditions, covenants and restictions as have been or shall be approved by the vote of the resident homeowners of Kell-Aire Gardens.
The bylaws of the corporation provide for the operating rules and procedures to implement the above goals.Homeowner Association dues for the remainder of 2013 are $35.00
